hej dudes & dudettes
ben nog op zoek naar een leadgitarist die iets wil doen in de stijl van dead and divine, vanna, gallows,..(de rest van de bandleden heb ik al)
vereisten:
-ervaring hebben in bands (de andere leden hebben al veel ervaring in bands)
-beschikken over degelijk materiaal
-tijdens het weekend kunnen repeteren(in tessenderloo (the box))

as some of you might now I'm currently in a new band called Like Cures Like and we're looking for a second guitarist to join our ranks so we can complete the band. Practice takes place on sunday from 10.00u - 12.45u, all you need is LOADS of motivation and some good will.

we would just like to say the following:
chasing dreams is a hard thing to do. We've had the luck of living our dreams from weekend to weekend, for the last year and a half but I guess we can officially state we are no longer a band. We've been writing songs for the last 6 months now and the new set was almost done. We've had our ups and downs, like everyone, but on a sudden point (about 3 weeks ago) things didn't seem to work out as they supposed to do. More info is not needed, let's just say it wasn't a unanymous decission.
Anyhow, we would like to say sorry to the people that believed in us as a band, or the people that were waiting to check out our new style and our new style. We hope we didn't let you down, after all we were just a young band and there are so many new young bands out there that deserve your support and respect. check them out, help them out! After all, it's all of you guys that keep these young bands doing what they love so much.
We would like to say a special thanks to the following people,
Exit on the Left, Campus, Sparkle of Hope, the Casino Brawl, The Violet, Tyran, Andy, Tijs, Deviantprojects, Mathijs, Laurens, Noor, Kristina, Zinzi, Koen's Parents for enduring our noise, Glenn's parents for driving us to practice every week, Gill, Yannick, Bart, Debby, Any booker, any organisation that made us play or got us on stage, anyone who watched us, talked to us, bought a shirt, helped us out in any kind of way, had a supportive word for us or anything else, anyone who got on the dancefloor during our shows, any band that played with us and finally anyone we forgot (really sorry!!).

PRETTY GIRLS DON'T SLEEP IN COFFINS is a Belgian band. The band mainly rose upon the ashes of a band called My Last Memory. When the former guitar player and vocals left they started searching for replacements. Continously hard work and staying focused on making music they kept on writing songs. Now joined by Martijn (ex-.theheartstringfallacy) on vocals, the band can start again where it left of. On stage, sharing their passion with everyone else. Expect them on a stage nearby from february 2007. And while you're waiting, spread the word that they're back in town.
Influenced by bands like From Autumn To Ashes, As I Lay Dying, Darkest Hour, Bring Me The Horizon, their sound evolves to a more English approach at the metalcore scene, expect hardhitting breakdowns and melodic riffs comparable to British bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Azriel, And Their Eyes Were Bloodshot, Penknifelovelife, Clone the Fragile, Centurion, Buried Beneath the Ashes, Suicide Silence, the German War From A Harloths Mouth and many more...
