ma 13/10/08 07:55 - In Lovendegem hebben leden van de Chiro op 15 plaatsen vernielingen aangebracht.
De daders waren Chiroleiders van Melsele die in Lovendegem een planningsweekend hielden.
De jongeren waren naar een KLJ-fuif geweest en hadden daar te diep in het glas gekeken. Op de terugweg naar de kampplaats liep het mis.
"Ze hebben brievenbussen omvergegooid en verkeersborden vernield", zegt commissaris Marc Van Wabeke. "De daders zijn opgepakt en zullen voor de rechter moeten komen."
De hoofdleider heeft al gezegd dat de Chiro alle schade zal vergoeden.
