I have come to the conclusion that people suck, and anything and everything that a person does is bound to piss off one person or another. It seems to me that everyone’s mouth is there own worst enemy: for some strange reason it is in human nature to gossip, to lie, to cheat, to talk shit , and to instigate conflicts; it’s all there. Actually it’s not that strange, maybe it’s easy to explain, maybe it’s the fact that it’s always easier to shoot your mouth off about stupid things and not maintain composure or show any form of reserve.
Sadly what I’m also learning is that truth is better than fiction. I say this because it’s always better to know what the real deal is instead of living in some sugar coated, pseudo-utopian realm that most of us, or dare do I venture to say, ALL of us have at one time or another conjured up in our heads. I say it’s sad because it’s a part of growing up, and going forward, and seeing yourself doing something instead of just wanting something; it’s the end of your childhood. Judging from my experiences I think this can be somewhat of a struggle, becoming aware of the fact that not everyone out there has good intentions, not everyone cares what happens to you (a select few do). And then there are some in that select few who only put on a front of false caring, and tell you what you want to hear. I’m learning now that the world is not some little shit town, it’s far bigger than that and far harsher than what most of us are either not willing or are too afraid to accept. Believe half of what you see and nothing that you hear, always seek the truth instead of what you want the truth to be. And forget regret or life is yours to miss. © Jill

I know it's dark here, you know that I'm scared too, for some reason right now, of everything but you.. Right now you're all that I recognize. You know I came here when I needed your soft voice, I needed to hear something that sounded like an answer. Now I wait here, and sometimes I get one. It's nothing I'll forget when the moon gets tired.You are stuck to me everyday, believe in what I am because it's all I have today. And tomorrow who knows where we'll be.. From here I can hardly see a thing.. But I will follow anyone who brings me to you. For now, forever, for on and on and on...
You know it starts here, outside waiting in the cold. Kiss me once in the snow, I swear it never gets old. But I will promise you I can make it warmer next year. Een miljoen herexamens en slechts n half uur slaap per nacht later. Ben kapot. Heb eindelijk verlof en kheb precies nog nooit zo weinig tijd gehad. Ben inmiddels verjaard, verwend met de beste cadeautjes ooit. You spoil me. Pukkelpop was awesome. Geesten in den alcohol! hm. Skatefest was fijn. Eindelijk nog s mense gezien die'k al eeuwe nimmr gezien had. Groupie groupie! Besef trouwes meer dan ooit, hoe hard k menne tijd heb verspild toen. - DAYS SPENT. MONTHS SPENT. YEARS SPENT.. Saying if I had a time machine.. HELL YEAH! (x gij! Komt is trug!)

Groezrock 2009
De affiche van Groezrock kan alweer aangepast worden. Vandaag maakte de organisatie 3 bands bekend, het gaat om The Aquabats, Bullet For My Valentine en Get Up Kids . Zij zullen alledrie op vrijdag op het podium staan. Binnenkort natuurlijk nog meer bands!

Albumrecensies
Omdat ik me wel bezighou met downloa.... legaal kopen van cds, en blijkbaar veel te veel tijd heb, heb ik besloten om hier een nieuwsbrief over te maken!!! ..Yey!
Ik zal om de week een paar korte recensies van albums geven die ik heb beluisterd. Je kunt bvb nog recenties verwachten van Chinese democratie, black ice, Death Magnetic en noem maar op. Voor meer info, of om te vragen waar ik dat album gekocht heb, kun je me altijd pm'n. Als je het niet met me eens bent, of zelf uw mening kwijt wil over een album, moogt g het ook altijd laten weten.
